Happy World Laughter Day

In 1998, World Laughter Day was created by Dr. Madan Kataria, who is also the founder of worldwide laughter yoga movement. It is celebrated on the first Sunday of May every year since 1998. This day is celebrated in the spirit of bringing peace inside us through Laughter Clubs, by doing yogic laughter and practicing ways and means of sensible living in a group. And as these small groups multiply all over the world, a global consciousness of brotherhood and friendship can be built up and there will be everlasting peace in the entire world.

Everybody knows that laughing feels good, but few realize how valuable these simple tools can be in improving our everyday wellness and wellbeing. Laughter cannot heal or solve anything, but it can help to heal and dissolve everything. Come discover a new happiness workout and meet our community!
